Days Hotel By Wyndham Batangas

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located right next to a large mall. The proximity to the mall made it easy for us to shop and dine whenever we wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Clean, excellent wifi that is reliable and fast. Pool is ample size and clean

Playground is made of metal, rusty and sharp - dangerous for children, better to use hard plastic equipment. Restaurant and lobby are hot, humid; you need better cooling systems. The music is loud, so quite hard to get to sleep before 12. The gate alarm to sm Mall does not work, needs repair. Guard did not come to open door.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Meralco bus stop, and we loved the rooms and service provided, everything was done with ease.

Good food for the buffet breakfast. There was no wifi signal in the rooms...

The shower head was loose from the wall, the windows should be double-paned to mitigate the noise from the bar restaurant below.g

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with ample space for our things. The location was key, close to a mall and great restaurants. The staff was attentive and friendly.

While the hotel was not the newest, it didn't take away from our stay. The WiFi was spotty at times but we were able to connect most of the time.

Location only, backs on to big Mall, secure place to stay. But not nice, under present management.

Hotel is old, poorly maintained, going broke, no hot water 3 days, (poor food quantity), pool was green, lack of clorine, airconditioning old poor, loud. Wanted to move, would not allow because I prebooked, others were getting 20% discount, not offered to me, and I was an 8 day stayer, left a day early by mistake, no refund, very poor hotel, a shame they are allowed to offer rooms, will not endower me to Booking .com by you endorsing them. Room needs maintenance wardrobe, and airconditioner, falling apart, Room 502. Will not stay again under present management. Sincerely Allan Barnes

No slippers, no bath tub, no hair dryer.

The hotel's location is ideal for a stopover between Manila and PG since it is conveniently located right next to a large shopping mall. If you're looking for a night out, there are plenty of affordable bars in the area. While the pool could use some cleaning, it is visible from the way to the mall.

The hotel's facilities are run down and in need of renovation.

Nice location close to the pier that we were going to mindoro from and they also had a transfer car so we could get to the pier without any problems.

The room was dark and in serious need of repairs. Everything was very very dark. The aircon was very noisy. Don't stay here unless you are going to mindoro.

I have already emailed customer services and I am awaiting a reply. The hotel is a disgrace and needs total refurbishment. I booked for 2 days but on my first night in the morning at 8am the aircon stopped working along with a number of lights and electrical outlets making it impossible to use bathroom, wifi, tv, kettle and room very hot. I went to reception but had to use stairs as lift inoperative. Reception said technical problem would take 40 minutes to fix. 4 hours later still no power. I checked out at 1 pm and manager agreed in writing that I would not be charged. The power was still not on when I checked out.

Helpful staff, easy check-in/out, comfortable room, convenient location near SM mall, good value.

The entire place is undergoing some kind of renovation without planning and no notice was given to customer on website. Picture of the place im website looks very very much better than actual. Over price for sub standard hotel. In central makati you can get a 5 star hotel for that price. Kelvinator single unit airconditioner tells you the age of this place. Was not able to sleep due to cranking noise of aircon. Very aged decoration with musty smell. Worst was the elevator with puke smell that was musked with air freshener. Totally revolting. Will not stay there again.
